The operation has four core aspects:
• Marketing;
• Operations Management;
• Business Development; and
• Economic Development / Community Development.
Marketing Our Travel and Tourism Network: In order for
our network to survive in an industry that has neglected
previously disadvantaged individuals and enterprises
or made it extremely difficult for us to be networked
into the industry, we are taking the initiative to market
South Africa as a tourist destination for holiday makers
and potential investors. We will design the branding
that will highlight the cultural diversity that shows
black South Africans in a positive manner. We will also
market the country to a South African market that is
emerging and that has been overlooked by mainstream
industry leaders.
Managing our Operations and Network: Once the international
holiday makers and investors arrive in South Africa,
they will be catered to by our professional network
of black owned and controlled service providers in the
Western Cape, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Gauteng,
North West and Mpumalanga Provinces. We ensure that
the same warm hospitality and service is given to our
South African tourists.
Developing our Business and Network: In order to ensure
that we are a major role player in the tourism industry,
we will expand our network and services countrywide.
We also plan to expand into all of Southern Africa.
As we grow the business, we will grow our international
partnerships and strategic alliances further in the
United States, Europe, Asia and the African continent.
Economic Development and Community Development: Through
tourism, we will develop the South African economy and
make sure that our communities benefit by helping them
to establish direct and indirect tourism enterprises.
Also, we will direct resources to revitalize our communities
as hubs of commercial activity again with brokering
joint ventures and investment opportunities.
